Wolf: Go to the Personal Tab, down at the bottom of the screen you will a Permanent Adjustments box. Click it, select Bonus feats, once it pops up just increase the incrementer to 1 and you should be ok.
I do this all the time. My players get a bonus feat as a standard practice at level 1 with me. Just use the permanent adjustment feature on the Personal tab and you can fix this without a problem.
