I haven't delved into any of the authoring stuff, as I'm not quite good at mucking about in programming stuff.
But I'm having the problem that as I enter the characters for a game I'm going to be running soon, they are all getting an extra feat.
Normally this wouldn't be such an issue, but currently it's just bugging me, as the feat tab will remain in the red for some time now.
