server status/maintenance thread:
On Thursday morning (Oct. 29) at 10 AM Pacific time (5 PM UTC), we plan to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales servers down for maintenance. We expect up to about 30 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.
Please Note: Future announcements of this type will no longer be posted in the Hero Lab Online Discussion forum. You can instead find this information via the in-app notification within Hero Lab Online itself, or the latest post in the
server status/maintenance thread in the
announcements forum.
