AB3.1 was working fine and I had no problems. I copied/paste your file in the data/wh6 directory. When I opened AB3.1 I cannot access it at all from a msg that shows up as: Due to the unexpected error loading the new game system, ArmyBuilder is unable to continue and must exit.
I had it open minutes before copying the file you sent and when I reopen AB, I wasn't able to access it anymore. I even tried reinstalling the patch and with no sucess it gave me the same error msg.
How am I able to restore AB without reinstalling ?
