The changes from the Fall of the Necromancer book will be included in 5.19, which will be released in the near future.
I guess you pasted the book excerpts to show the new contents of the book, so that it could be incorporated in the data files?
If so, thank you for that. We do have the real book though (always buy the book!), so we don't need it.
In fact, I would suggest that you edit your post and remove those parts. We don't want to attract the wrong kind of attention.
