That class hasn't been coded.
"Complete Scoundrel" only has Cloaked Dancer, Fortune's Friend, Malconvoker, Master of Masks, and Spellwarp Sniper, at this time. If you happen to create it yourself, send a copy to Sendric and he will add it to the community files.
