I decided to try clearing everything out and doing a fresh download/import of all my Pathfinder files.
I deleted everything inside these two folders:
C:\ProgramData\Hero Lab\data\pathfinder
C:\ProgramData\Hero Lab\download
Then I opened Hero Lab and started downloading and importing everything I needed. Started with the Hero Lab for Windows (V8.9h), then the Pathfinder game system, followed by the Pathfinder Pack (community pack), World Is Square, Spheres of Might, Ultimate Spheres of Power, and Champions of the Spheres. I didn't bother to do any of the old SoP Handbooks, figuring I don't need them now that USoP is here.
I then opened my character portfolio with no errors.
Hero Lab still keeps trying to tell me that I need to update Spheres of Might to v1.18, though, not sure why that won't go away.
