On Monday morning (January 13th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales servers down for maintenance. We expect up to about 1 hour of downtime, though it may be less.
UPDATE: This downtime was originally scheduled for Wed. January 8th but has been postponed to Monday January 13th.
UPDATE: The maintenance is taking longer than expected. Once we have an estimate for completion, we will post it here.
UPDATE: Everything is back up.
