So, you see Dispel Evil, but not Holy Aura, Holy Word or Hallow?
The SLA's for a Half Celestial appear to be assigned using the Base Creatures HD, and not from added HD.
Try using the adjustment "Racial Hit Dice" to add HD to your base creature and not from the Class tab.
