I've e-mailed the Sels˙m Kestrel card a week ago. Equanimous Warrior can not choose miracles. A little check on the french files makes me think that dividing Characters, Elite, Special, Veteran and so on in their own page, just like HQ, Elite, Troop, Fast, Heavy in 40k would be a good idea.
Being new to this game it would help a lot.
