My brother and I use herolab online and we both have active accounts. He purchased the content under his account then we used the cohort subscription so I have access to everything. However he purchased content after we started the cohort subscription but it is not giving me access to the new purchased content. Under the character settings the modules are grayed out and I'm not able to check the box for the content that was purchased AFTER we started the cohort subscription.
