We aren't charging for Hero Lab Online server time at the moment, and we've never even made the mechanism to do so public. Is it possible you've confused this with a Realm Works subscription? If not, can you please contact
support@wolflair.com with proof of charges so we can get to the bottom of the confusion for you.
