On Thurs. (June 17th) we will be taking Hero Lab Online and our account/sales server down for maintenance at 10:00 AM Pacific time (5 PM UTC). Expected duration of downtime is 30 minutes, though it may be less.
EDIT: This has been completed. Sorry for the delay, we needed to investigate an issue that is now resolved.
