The only way to do precisely what the OP wants would be to create entirely new PDF with anchors baked as targets for every inbound link he wants. If the PDF is big enough that copying and pasting the document into RW isn't realistic then I doubt that would be either.
Linking to the top of a specific page is easy assuming he's using a viewer that's any good.

I have a quite powerful pdf sofware (pdf expert) and I think I can create anchors to inbound links. It might take a while, but I think it might be faster than doing the copy-paste thing.
But how do I go mechanically to do this in RW? I have no clue on what exactly I have to do to link to a PDF stored on my hard drive.
I assume there's a specific kind of snippet that I have to choose, and point it to the PDF link?
EDIT: and which one would be the natural folder to store such PDF?
