Don't quote me, but I believe the
Increase Reflexes spell, like other such effects does not stack, but it can override a lower powered effect. For instance, if a person with
Wired Reflexes 1 was a recipient of the spell with 3 hits, they would calculate their initiative per the rules for the spell; +3 initiative, +1d6, and ignore the normal Wired bonuses. However, they would still count their Reaction as increased from the
Wired Reflexes for purposes of Defense Tests, since
Increased Reflexes does not actually impact the Reaction score, as many other speed increasing effects do.
