On Thurs. (Feb. 25th) we will be taking Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales server down for maintenance at 10:00 AM Pacific time (6 PM UTC). Expected duration of downtime is 1 hour.
UPDATE: We are investigating an issue and will be down a little longer than expected. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will post updates here when there is more information to share.
UPDATE: Everything is now back up.
