The tortle should show up in the next release (under the Tomb of Annihilation source), but Xanathar's won't be implemented by the community until some more contributors can get hold of the materials. I know that the spells are being entered right now, but the classes, feats and any equipment (magic or mundane) have not been started yet. The same goes for Tales from the Yawning Portal.
We need contributors that have access to those sources. I myself am handicapped until I can get the book as a Christmas gift
