I don't if this is a bug or was just never implemented - Hero Lab has never really been very reliable with Flurry of Blows.
With Dragon Style, the first attack gets an additional 1/2 bonus to STR damage. If you have Dragon Ferocity, you get x2 STR on the first attack and x1.5 STR on all additional attacks.
Hero Lab does not reflect this when displaying the attack profile or rolling dice for damage.
