We’re planning to take the account/sales server down for a short maintenance period on Friday during the afternoon Pacific time. The exact time is TBD, but it is likely to start between 12pm-4pm, and is expected to be completed within half an hour.
During the maintenance, sales and license activation for Realm Works and Hero Lab Online products will be unavailable, along with the account management website.
For a brief portion of the maintenance, logging in to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable, however this portion typically lasts only a few minutes, and you’ll be unaffected if you are already logged in.
