File a bug report there, so they see it when they're back in the office after GenCon.
Not just Used-grade 'ware: I tested, and found that Hero Lab isn't taking augment grades into account when calculating the Availability of cyberlimb mods. I set it down to Street Level play, where the max availability is 10, and took an Alpha grade arm and added Agility 3 to it. That should have had an availability of 11 (Rating * 3 + 2 for Alpha) and it passed validation when it shouldn't have.
Who knows if it's already been reported but go ahead and report anyway, that's what they've been saying they want.
