On Thursday morning (Dec. 17th) at 10 AM Pacific time (6 PM UTC), we plan to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales servers down for maintenance. We expect up to about 30 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.
UPDATE: This downtime was originally scheduled for Tuesday morning (Dec. 15th) and then postponed to Wednesday morning, but has been postponed again to Thursday morning (Dec. 17th).
UPDATE: We are investigating an issue and will be down a little longer than expected. We will update you when we have more information.
