You probably need to update the license keyfile on the second computer with your changes. Assuming the two licenses are associated (one is a secondary of the other), you start Hero Lab Classic on the computer that's not working and from the License menu select Reactivate License and click Retrieve in the pop-up box, then restart HLC when it finishes.
