Mistake in Mutant Goblin template in Monster Codex

The Mutant Goblin template from the Monster Codex is currently implemented in a bare bones way. It only grants +4 Natural Armor bonus. Alongside the selection of mutations that are not available, the template also applies the following ability score change: Abilities: Str +4, Int –2.

Can ability score change be incorporated into the template at least?
 
The selection of mutations can be added on the "Mutant Goblin" tab.

However, it does seem that the ability score changes are missing.

I don't see the Mutant Goblin tab. Am I missing something?

I created a goblin character, added the mutant goblin template, and I see a "Mutant Goblin" tab between Fighter and Skills.

I'm talking to Lone Wolf support about it. I seem to have encountered a bug on all three of my devices (Windows, Mac OS, and iOS). :D
