We don't normally do so with playtests, since they're a fair bit of overhead with possibly obsolete work, and having to comb through and catch all the changes once the final version comes out can be pretty troublesome (we *still* catch things left from the original PF2 playtest). I won't say they're outside the realm of possibility for the future, but right now we've got other stuff I'd like to focus on getting out to you all.
