I've already reported this using the official bug e-mail, but I thought it was worth letting everyone know that Kineticist Burn isn't working properly in HLO.
In HLC, the tracked resource showed the current amount of burn you have taken. In HLO the tracked resource shows the amount of burn which you are still capable of taking (not a useful way of displaying this information).
This causes a problem with the calculation of the Elemental Overflow bonuses in HLO, which are being applied in reverse, and is being applied without a max bonus limit.
It also means that the Elemental Overflow ability score increases aren't being enabled.
