We're planning a combined release of Hero Lab Online and our account/sales server Tuesday morning (7/17) at around 11am Pacific time. This update is primarily to lay some groundwork for our upcoming appearance at Gen Con, but will also include a few features and bugfixes. We're hoping the downtime will not be longer than ~1 hour.

Because the account server is involved, new logins to Realm Works will also be unavailable during this time, as well as sales for both Realm Works and Hero Lab Online.

As usual, after the update is live, you will need to refresh your browser to get the latest update.

UPDATE: FYI we're hitting some bumps in the road deploying the update. We'll keep you posted as to when we expect to be back up. Thanks for your patience!

UPDATE: The server is starting to come back up. Things may be a little unstable for the next 30 minutes or so.

One of the fixes we've deployed addresses the bug causing this instability when the service comes back online, but it won't be effective until the NEXT update (so hopefully things will come back up more quickly and smoothly in the future).


UPDATE: I may have spoken too soon, we're still seeing instability on the server that isn't settling down as we expected. We're looking into it, and will let you know when we know something.
