Added all the Staffs from Complete Divine, Complete Arcane, and Complete Mage.
Added a few spells as well (I've never done this before) and hope I put them all in correctly. Most are from Complete Mage. Also made Specials for all the Staff Charge Spells.
Not sure where to send the file though.
