Arrows are not added through the Weapons tab, unless you have some homebrew installed that put it there. Go to the Gear tab and look for Arrows. You'll find them.
Darts are added in Weapons. Adding one will add it to the In-Play tab for tracking. If you want to track multiple together, click the little bag icon on the dart and use the stacking options to put them together.
