From what I hear from Support, we've been seeing multiple reports of issues like this. It seems like what might be happening is that the printout is reflecting an earlier version of the character (in some cases, even from back when the character was mostly blank/brand new). We're still investigating, although it seems to be a problem with printing specifically and not a problem with the integrity of character data.
