I guess this depends on your PDF viewer. Does it support having a URL which will open a named document at a specific page and/or paragraph?

Acrobat Reader seems to support something of the form http://www.example.com/myfile.pdf#page=4 if you want it open to a specific page.

You can also specify a "destination" that has been defined in the PDF (not the same as a bookmark?) by using something like http://www.domain.com/file.pdf#nameddest=TOC.

All of this would only work with the PDFs being stored externally, since storing a PDF document inside a snippet will only allow you open the document at its default starting point (always the first page?)
