This exact question has come up before.
Summary: You can't use PostScript fonts or OpenType fonts with PostScript outlines with Realm Works. If you can convert the font to TrueType/OTF with TrueType outlines, then it will work.
Addendum:
This only happens in Windows 7? Weird. You would think Microsoft would have backported that change.
