    Grenade DC calculation is wrong

    So I'm pretty sure grenade DC calculations are off. for example: Frag Grenade mk 1 DC is supposed to be 10+ half item lvl + dex mod. My character has a dex mod of 4 DC SHOULD be 15. Hero Lab online is saying the DC is 14. 10 + half item lvl (1) + dex mod (4) = 15 you cant go under 1 when...
