    AB and tau

    We are trying to use AB to build a Tau army we max out a fire warrior squad upgrade so we can add to marker drones and then we get a message saying not legal list cause the fire warrior squad is to big to put inside a transport. We arn't taking a transport so how/why is this happening? thanks
