    Something wrong with skills

    I am making a fighter for a campaign I am going to be in and I know that fighters have for their skill ranks per level 2 + Int modifier, my Int modifier is +1 so I should naturally get 3 skill ranks to use per level. The problem I am having is that I am getting 4 per-round, is that right? Maybe...
