    M&M 3rd ed. Is there a way to pull a minion out of another portfolio?

    Some characters have minions built in to their files (example - Mad Mechanic from the Threat Report). Is there a way to move those minions into their own file so they can be used separately from that character? I'm still finding my way around some parts of the system so I appreciate any help on...
