    licence was renewed but does not work

    i renewed my licence twise the second time to make shure i did it right . both times it said congratz .but when i went back in to it , it still says my licence is exsired i even reloaded my computer not shure whats going on and i only wanted to relicence it for a year am i going to get charge 2...
