    Swashbuckler Special abilities not working properly

    I am using a rapier as lvl 1. I took swashbuckler finesse as well as fencing grace. The problem is that HL is not taking my modifier for damage from my Dex mod as it should while using these feats. What should I do? Thanks in advance
