    Changes Invoked Even When User File Is Not

    I created a user file for FATE: The Secret of Cats that hides a number of skills and stunts that are not used in that setting. However, they are hidden whether I include that setting in the Configure Hero window or not. Suggestions?

    FATE: The Secret of Cats

    I'm trying to create a user file for FATE: The Secret of Cats. I've added all the skills and stunts, but I can't get the new skill, Territory, to appear as a default skill, and I can't get the stunts related to Territory, to appear in the Stunts list. Suggestions?
