    Fixed the Heavy Cyborg to actually give those 4 Cyborg Edge slots (rather than just suggest to add them). Fixed the Hindrance for "Mutation-8 Ugly" to no longer show (and therefore look like a duplication with the Ugly hindrance that it bootstraps) on printouts or on the Special tab.
