    Bug with human oracle favored class option?

    Hello out there, is that a bug that I cannot add a 2nd level spell known to a human oracle on reaching 6th level? The only options I have are +1 skill point, +1 hit point or +1 1st level spell. Since the oracle now is able to cast 3rd level spells, it should be possible to add a 2nd level spell...
