    Scepter of Ages

    Major artifacts like Scepter of Ages usually aren’t fully supported in Hero Lab since they break normal item rules, so you won’t find a direct template. You may need to create a custom wondrous item and manually script the abilities or approximate the effects, depending on how complex you want it.

    If importing doesn’t work, you could still rebuild it using the Advanced Race Guide method Ualaa mentioned. You can also try checking the Hero Lab forums — sometimes users share custom portfolios for creatures like that.
