    Elongation allows a PC to stretch their height (base rank -2) plus elongation rank, so rank 1 Elong would be rank -1 distance or 15 feet, but Elong displays as 30 feet at rank 1.

    This is a minor concern, but the Perception Area extra should have a field to enter the sense it affects, possibly a pulldown. Similarly, Affliction should have a Limited to (Sense) Flaw, also with field/pulldown since it is such a common option for Dazzle-type afflictions.
