    The link you posted opens a file/link for me. From that you can copy the web-address of the pack into a browser - for example: http://www.shadowsoftware.net/herolab/5e/Pack_5e.hl and download the user file.

    Do you have Hero Lab installed on your iPad? ...or are you just wanting them to show on a pdf? If it's the first, you need to copy the user file from the laptop to the same folder on the iPad.

    If there's a particular product you are looking for, you can try the SEARCH on the forum. Use the product as a keyword, and you can sometimes get a forum message that refers to that release.

    Try disabling blockers and antivirus before trying again. In any case, email support and give them details, and they should be able to assist.

    Email support with more detail. Do you all have a license? Are you using content sharing with someone who has 'Patron' (with active license) and are you all Apprentice/Standard accounts? (This post would be better in the forum section for whatever game you are playing... PF1, PF2?)

    If this was Classic, you could code your own. Being HLO, I'd suggest you either report it as a bug within HLO, or email support to ask if it is possible with adjustments or some other way.

    HLO does not have an editor - so the only way to "create" ANYTHING that is not in the base package is by using adjustments.

    Is that error during "Test Now"? It sounds like a timing issue - your checking/calculating something too early. Can you post the user file / code for that spell? I'm confused as to why your 'CustSpell' is a gizmo?

    Something with the link or the file at the end isn't working. Put the web address (of the source) into a browser and you'll get a text file. Save/open that and then copy the individual web address for the FR and DL stuff (and anything else there you wanted) into a browser and it will download...
