    I bought this thing and it won't even download

    The download page is not working. Why the heck can't I even download the software. I disabled my firewall and allowed popups, and still I'm getting nothing at all. What the heck? I click on the link to download for windows and it does nothing, just sits there spinning, waiting, doing nothing...
