Positive. I've used c/p to ensure no transcription error of the skill name. The skill shows up in the listing as it should, and a manual adjustment (on that tab) of it does put the bonus there.

Can anyone confirm? Am I missing something, or is this a bug? (To get around it, I added a permanent +5 to a skill, but it's a suboptimal fix.)

According to the text, when you take this feat, you gain training in a skill-- that doesn't seem to happen after adding the feat in HL.
