On the In-Play tab is an adjustment for EXTRA or REMOVED heads. The value is set at 5, so it looks like HeroLab is adding the extras for 5 more heads. If you set that back to 0, the numbers look...

For comparison, I have a character with a +1 Composite Longbow (STR +3) that is showing the damage correctly.. 1d8+4.

Have you looked on the In-Play tab for the character? There is a section for "Expanded Arcana". It defaults to Cantrips, but should let you set the level of spell there to something higher.

From the Core Rulebook, Sorcerer's Celestial Bloodline, the Heavenly Fire power is marked as "(sp)", but HeroLab has it as "(su)".
