For some reason, it's in the Tome of Magic file instead of Tome of Battle. Turn Tome of Magic on and it should show up.

Something to correct, Sendric. I don't know why it's in the wrong one lol

There us a variant that gives clerics rogue abilities. If you just added that thaumaturge has cleric abilities (domains), the rogue abilities will show up also

I know how it works. Just add the levels, reduce your BAB, add a miscellaneous attack bonus, then adjust saves to the new amount. You don't need any extra scripting.

OA/UA taint is just a numerical value. Anything that checks for this taint just checks the value of your adjustment, such as maho-tsukai requiring a taint score of 4.

Actually the update for OA taint is in Unearthed Arcana. They run almost exactly the same. The Tainted Warrior and Tainted Sorcerer prestige classes are direct ports of Maho-Bujin and Maho-Tsukai....
