It's the Festo Sewer Snake. The default mods are Amphibious, Gecko Grips, and Rigger Interface. I'm trying to add the ECM mod to any small or mini drone.

I tried this, but selecting a vehicle mod simply invalidates the drone and does not reveal the other vehicle mods.
