A lot of work because the programs that run each aren't the same. Some of the script structure would need to be changed, and a lot of the terms referenced won't be the same.

The PF Gestalt files are community created. You can load them in the editor like any other user file. I think the level 20 limit is built into Pathfinder core, so you may not be able bypass that....

What error(s) do you get when you try to load? Are you sure its only the gestalt material? If you can offer more information, then its more likely that someone can help you.
