But it looks like I need to add the bane property separately, even though it is part of the Dominating property (and I thought it was dominant, not domineering.)

FWIW, I get the same issue when converting a Necromancer/Cleric/Mystic Theurge over from HLC to HLO. I did turn in a bug report for it, but I assume it all stems from the same basic issue.
